How often does a landlord need an EICR?

Private rental properties in England are legally required to have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) carried out every 5 years, or at each change of tenancy if that occurs sooner. Failing to comply can result in significant fines. Our qualified inspectors can carry out your EICR and issue the certificate promptly.

Do I need Building Control notification for electrical work?
